SY2160 vs SY2162: Choosing a 16-Ch HV Analog Switch

16-channel HV analog switches are the common entry point for probe channel expansion. Synergy offers two clear paths:

  • SY2160 — 16-ch SPST aligned with traditional HV-rail architectures (ECN3297TF / HV2701 class)
  • SY2162 / SY2162QF — 16-ch SPST with +5V-centric control, bleed resistors, low charge injection

Pick by power architecture

If the board already assumes classic HV supplies and HV2701-like footprints, start with SY2160. If you want simpler control-side supplies and bleed-resistor noise control, evaluate SY2162QF.
