Smart meters, concentrators and HPLC modules must drive broadband signals onto the power line. That demands strong line-drive capability, linearity and bias modes—and a reliable second source when import lead times slip.

COSINE COS6212Q24R is a differential line-driver amp for broadband PLC/HPLC in QFN-24-EP (4x5). The datasheet lists about 8V–40V supply, an integrated common-mode buffer, multiple bias modes plus shutdown, and wide swing with low distortion into heavy loads. Evaluate against TI THS6222 / THS6212.

Applications

1. Smart grid: single-/three-phase meters, concentrators, collectors, comms modules for bidirectional data.

2. Smart lighting / energy terminals: street lights and home energy nodes using PLC for control.

3. Industrial & EV chargers: PLC links inside chargers and industrial sensors.
