COSINE Tier-1 distributor Jarwey｜Shunt references for ADC and supply monitors
Jarwey is a Tier-1 distributor of COSINE—selection support, datasheets, sampling & small batch, lead-time coordination.
COSINE shunt voltage references target precision references, adjustable ADC references, and supply monitoring. Split adjustable shunts (COS431/432) from fixed-voltage shunts (COS385-1.2N / COS4040). A separate low-voltage shunt pair, COSTLVH431/432, maps to TLVH431/432 in the cross-reference file. Op-amp current-sense notes stay in the existing COS4177 article.

Checklist before freeze
- Role: ADC full-scale reference vs supply monitor vs programmable shunt.
- Voltage: 1.24–18 V adjustable, 1.235 V fixed, or an ADC bin.
- Accuracy / TC: 0.5% / 20 ppm vs 0.2% / 50 ppm.
- Bias: minimum cathode current, impedance, compensation cap.
- Samples: request from Jarwey before BOM freeze.
