SY5817 HV Pulser Selection: 8-Ch Tri-Level Ultrasound Transmit

In portable medical ultrasound, NDT and piezo drive systems, the high-voltage pulser turns digital stimuli into bipolar / tri-level HV pulses—driving energy, harmonic content and probe life. When import lead times or cost move, teams need a verifiable domestic second source.
Synergy SY5817 is an 8-channel, tri-level, high-speed HV pulser with integrated active T/R switch and fast return-to-zero damping.
Key capabilities
- Output: 0 to ±100V; peak current ~±2A
- 8-channel tri-level pulses with active T/R
- Clock up to ~200MHz LVDS/LVCMOS
- Logic: 1.8V–5V CMOS
- Symmetric pulses, thermal protection, POR
- Package: 64-lead QFN 9×9mm
